Our match against Cundall was good, with Barney winning 2-0. In the first half, we weren’t playing as well as we hoped, and quickly realised that the opposition were playing well; we also kept passing the ball into the opposition’s sticks. We were also dribbling well but the downside was, often, when we passed the ball, they intercepted it. Zara M managed to score a great goal though, boosting morale. In the second half, we played a much better game, gaining more space on the pitch for the ball to be passed. We played some excellent balls back to defence, where we then switched it onto the other wing to make a run. Just as the match was ending, Zara S-P scored the final goal. There are some things we need to work on, such as our passing into space, but most aspects of the game went well. (Eleanor G)
