This was Our first game of the season away against dame Allen’s, we had good mindsets and after a good warm up we were ready to go, the first few minutes we took a bit to get into the game and get our confidence in a a team we hadn’t really played much together we had some very good connections made through short passes which worked by getting further up the the pitch. We also successfully played it around the back well with good ball pace, however once in the D we couldn’t seem to get a shot of this is definitely someone to work on quick shots and releasing the ball early. Near the end of the first half they scored a good goal. Which put them at 1-0

At half time we discussed what is going well and what’s to improve including intensity, releasing early and ball pace needing to be faster and more accurate. Going in to the second half i could see the want to win attitude and really good push from the girls however the score didn’t change but we did keep our head up throughout and didn’t give up. A good start for the team with some aspects we know we need too improve were looking forward to our future games. The game ended up a 1-0 win to Dame Allan's.
